Gary and I visited the Patton Musem located close to
Fort Knox, Kentucky. Cost was free. We really enjoyed
the museum. I cannot believe that there were so many
different kinds of tanks. The museum has German, American,
Japanese, Russian, and other tanks. I enjoyed seeing how
the uniforms of the tank crewmen have changed over the
years. Of course, it also has lots of things that belonged
to Patton, including the car he was riding in in which he
had the accident that broke his neck. The museum has
a few weapons also. Posted lots of photos in the travel photo
link.

This is a hand carved, hand painted donkey cart that
was presented to Patton in 1944 by the Bishop of Palermo
in Sicily.
