Bridges of Madison County

The bridges of Madison County are located in and near the city of Winterset, Iowa, birthplace of John Wayne.  After touring John Wayne’s birthplace, we drove out to see 5 of the 7 bridges.  Gary was not very enthusiastic about the bridges as they all looked alike, only difference was the length of the bridge.
