Bisbee, Arizona
Queen Mine Tour
We took a tour of the Queen Mine. It is a copper mine
in Bisbee, Arizona. We got to don slickers, hard hats,
and mining lanterns. A great time was had by all who went on the
tour. Cost was $12 per person, lasted 1.5 hours, and was 47
degrees down in the mine.

RV2way sat rally
We enjoyed the rally at Gila Bend. Jo Ella attended various seminars while Gary went fishing. He was very successful. He managed to catch 36 catfish in three days. Jim and Sherri were with us and as we were jamming, Gene came out and joined us. The next time, Harry and his stick showed up. Great music. Looking forward to jamming with Jim, Sherri, Gene, and Harry when we arrive at St. David, Arizona. We are currently camped in Casa Grande, Arizona at the Gypsy Journal Rally. We have had a great time visiting with the class of 05 and are looking forward to attending the seminars that they have to offer. We have signed up to have our rig weighed and are hoping that we will not be overweight this time. Gary went fishing today, but was not able to catch anything. Guess he will have to wait until we get to St. David.

Golden Knights, 2007
We spent the day watching the Golden Knights practice for their up-coming season. What a beautiful day. Gary and I took our LaFuma chairs and kicked back and enjoyed the show in the sky. Great place to have a picnic, relax, and ooh and aah as the Golden Knights jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. For more pictures, check out our travel photos, album Golden Knights 2007

Quartzsite January 2007
We had a great time at Quartzsite this year. We met some really neat people from the class of 2005. Gary had a great time searching for gold with Charlie. Gary and I were able to go geocaching and found some interesting sites. Did you know that Quartzsite has a golf course? I was also able to have a few chicken livers from Love's. We had about 18 rigs in our circle this year. Great visits at the campfire were had by all. Gary and I were invited to entertain for the Escapees group and had a great time. The first few days were really cold, down in the 20's. Of course we found some things in the big RV tent that we could not live without. Cousin Keith built some wonderful fires which kept us warm as we sat around the fire. We are looking forward to returning to Quartzsite next year.
